Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betboo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with betboo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betboo platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the betboo platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming. betboo strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents from all Members.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The betboo platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of betboo complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. betboo makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. betboo reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

2.4 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one (1) betboo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 KYC Verification. betboo is required to verify the identity of all Members in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by betboo for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betboo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. betboo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify betboo's support team immediately via live chat. betboo will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. betboo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your account information — including contact details and payment method information — accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account-related actions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betboo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. betboo does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. betboo reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made from cleared, verified funds. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. betboo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the betboo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). betboo is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by betboo are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus offer. betboo reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. betboo reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility where it determines that a Member is attempting to abuse the bonus system.

5.4 Bonus Modifications. betboo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Member's account at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse betboo's bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betboo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one betboo account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the betboo platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betboo staff or other Members;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your betboo account.

Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership. All content on the betboo platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of betboo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License. betboo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

7.3 Restrictions. You may not use betboo's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from betboo. Unauthorized use of betboo's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability. betboo endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betboo's control. betboo shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or interruptions.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the betboo platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.3 Maximum Liability. betboo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betboo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Gambling Losses. betboo is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Members. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds wagered. betboo strongly encourages responsible gaming and the use of available account management tools.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment. betboo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. betboo provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting betboo's support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, betboo will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from accessing their account.

9.3 Age Verification. betboo takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All accounts are subject to age verification, and betboo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification.

Termination

10.1 Termination by betboo. betboo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any other reason betboo deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the betboo platform ceases immediately. Any verified, cleared funds remaining in your account at the time of termination — excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

10.3 Termination by Member. You may close your betboo account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.

Amendments to These Terms

betboo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betboo will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the betboo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at betboo.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Regulatory Oversight. betboo operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Complaints relating to betboo's compliance with applicable gaming regulations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and betboo, you should first contact betboo's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with betboo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betboo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
